1.1 This privacy policy (“the Policy”) describes how RAASDAL TRADING ApS (“us,” “we,” or “our”), in the role of data controller, collects and processes your personal data in connection with the purchase of services, membership, products, or general use of our website.

1.2 The Policy is written and made available to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 of April 27, 2016) (“GDPR”) and the information obligations set out therein.

3.1 We process personal data about you when it is relevant and in accordance with applicable legislation. Depending on the specific circumstances, the personal data processed may include the following types:

5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

5.1 We only process your personal data when we have a lawful basis for doing so in accordance with the GDPR. Depending on the specific circumstances, the processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • a) The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject, cf. GDPR, Article 6(1)(b), first clause.
  • b) The processing is necessary for the purposes of a legitimate interest, where the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data do not override those interests, cf. GDPR, Article 6(1)(f).
  • c) The processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, cf. GDPR, Article 6(1)(b), last clause.
  • d) The basis for processing the specific personal data is your consent, cf. GDPR, Article 6(1)(a). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via the contact information provided at the bottom of this Policy. If you withdraw your consent, the personal data processed on the basis of that consent will be deleted unless it can or must be processed, for example, to comply with a legal obligation.
  • e) The processing is necessary to comply with applicable law, cf. GDPR, Article 6(1)(c).

5.2 If we send direct marketing to you, including via email, we will request your prior consent in accordance with the applicable rules of the Marketing Act.


6. Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data

6.1 We only disclose personal data to others when permitted or required by law, including when it is relevant and upon your and/or the data controller’s specific request.

6.2 We disclose personal data to the following recipients within the EU/EEA:

  • a) Data processors
  • b) Suppliers

6.3 We generally use various external and professional organizations as suppliers and partners to deliver or assist us in delivering our services and products. These external organizations will not receive or process personal data unless permitted by law. If the external organizations or partners act as data processors for us, their processing of personal data is always carried out under a data processing agreement that complies with legal requirements. If the external organizations or partners are independent data controllers, their processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with their own privacy, data protection, or personal data policy, which they will inform you about unless otherwise prescribed by law.

6.4 We transfer personal data to countries or international organizations outside the EU/EEA. We transfer personal data to the following countries based on adequacy decisions by the EU Commission: USA (DPF-certified recipient). The country thus generally ensures an adequate level of data protection through legislation and/or other measures.

7. Deletion and Storage of Personal Data

7.1 We ensure that personal data is deleted when it is no longer relevant to our processing purposes as described above. We always store personal data for the period required by applicable law, including for documentation purposes to comply with, among others, the provisions of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. 8.1 As a data subject, you have a number of rights:

  • 8.1.3 In certain cases, you have the right to have some of your personal data deleted.

  • 8.1.4 In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data so that we only store your personal data for a given period.

  • 8.1.5 In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data based on reasons and circumstances related to your particular situation. An objection may be justified in the case of personal data processing for direct marketing purposes.

  • 8.1.6 You have the right not to be subject to an automated decision without human involvement, unless the decision is necessary for your employment with us, is authorized by law, or you have given your explicit consent.

  • 8.1.7 If we have obtained your consent for any part of our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before the withdrawal.
