The body of an ONYX COOKWARE™ meat fork is made from a core of high-quality steel. This is then reinforced with titanium plating, in a process that involves vaporizing the titanium and depositing it on the body one atom at a time. During this process the titanium and steel is fused together into a new solid substance. Coatings can usually wear out or dissolve over time. This does not happen to our plating, as it is bonded with the steel on the atomic level.

Besides from looking absolutely stunning (!) the titanium plating provides an extra hard and wear resistant surface that does not interact with the materials it touches. This makes your ONYX COOKWARE™ meat fork not only last longer, but also allows it to achieve easier penetration through juicy foods and makes it easier to clean.
