⅔ dl (about ¼ cup) all-purpose flour

¼ dl (just under 2 tbsp) cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp sea salt

¾ dl (just over ¼ cup) water

1 head of cauliflower (approx. 900 g / 2 lbs), broken into large florets

Buffalo sauce, for brushing

Sour cream dip, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your ONYX Cookware Airfryer to 200°C.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

Add the water and whisk until smooth and lump-free.

Add the cauliflower florets and toss until fully coated.

Lift each floret out of the batter and let the excess drip off.

Arrange them in a single layer in the airfryer basket, leaving space in between – avoid overlapping.

Airfry for 9 minutes.

Remove the basket, gently turn the cauliflower using a spatula, and brush with buffalo sauce.

Airfry for another 5–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.

Remove and brush with additional buffalo sauce.

Serve immediately with a cool sour cream dip, if desired.
