Questions about the milk frother

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Can it make cold foam?

Yes. There's one button for warm foam and one for cold, so you can make a warm latte in the morning and an iced coffee with foam in the afternoon. It can also just warm the milk without frothing.

How much milk does it hold?

For foam, add between 75 and 200 ml, because the milk expands as it froths. If you only want to warm the milk, you can use up to 400 ml. The foam is ready in about 1.5–2.5 minutes.

How do I clean it?

Lift the jug off the base, and rinse the jug and whisk under warm water with a little mild soap. The base with the cable must not go in water, but you can wipe it with a damp cloth.

What if it's not for me?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal and you'll get a free return label. You get your money back once we've received it.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault should appear, register the claim in our customer portal with a short description and a photo or video, and we'll help you from there.
