If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request to cancel your purchase using the button below. We will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm the cancellation, provided that the order has not already been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped

If your order has already been shipped, you can cancel the purchase by refusing delivery of the package or by not collecting it from the pickup point.

The package will then automatically be returned to our warehouse. Once we have received and registered the returned shipment, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase
