ORDERS
When you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation. This is a confirmation that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

PAYMENTS
All payments are made through secure SSL connections.
When using Credit Card as payment method, we will not charge your credit card, until your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Some Credit Cards, will however reserve the amount on your account.
DELIVERY
The delivery time is visible on each individual product on this website. Your order will be shipped according to the longest delivery time of any product in your order.
We will always try to deliver on time, and if we should have delays, we will try our best to keep you informed. But we do reserve the right to change any promised delivery date at any time, and for any reason.
RETURN RIGHT / SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee - starting from the day you receive your order. If you wish to make use of your satisfaction guarantee, please follow the instructions on this page: RETURNS
Please note that we do not accept parcels sent to collection points. In this case, the package will be returned to you at your own expense. To avoid problems, please make sure that your package is sent by courier to your door.
Please ensure that the package is sent in secure packaging - it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely at our warehouse.
When using your satisfaction guarantee, we will offer you free return shipping by allowing you to print a return label with our selected carrier. If you wish to use a different carrier or are otherwise unable to use our return label, we will not cover the shipping costs of using a different carrier. If you have returned your order to us yourself without contacting us to receive a return label, we will also not cover your self-paid shipping costs.
When you make use of your 100 day return right, we will refund the full purchase price. This includes shipping costs and fees charged for the original shipment from our warehouse to your address.
Our satisfaction guarantee gives you the right to try the product for up to 100 days. We will therefore not refuse or reduce your refund on the basis that your product has been used under normal conditions and usage.
WARRANTY
All our products are covered by a two (2) year warranty, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alterations, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product's care and use instructions. PARTICIPATION IN GIVEAWAYS
By entering our giveaway on our website or associated social media profiles like Facebook and Instagram, you give us permission to use your name in a public post on our social media profiles, if you should win. In the post you will be congratulated as the winner but only your name will be made public.
